Additionally, our collaborative efforts are facilitated by SharePoint, empowering seamless online teamwork.

When it comes to MEP system design, we harness the power of industry-standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD. Our collaborative cloud-based workflows are orchestrated through BIM 360 and ACC, allowing synchronized teamwork on Revit models. For offline operations, we utilize SharePoint, while Adobe Acrobat is employed for our PDF documentation needs.

To ensure a dependable infrastructure, we maintain a resilient network with a conventional client-server configuration, housing our files securely. Moreover, our commitment to technological advancement is evident through continuous PC upgrades, ensuring our team operates with the latest tools and technology.

Revit:

BIM 360:

BIM 360 is an innovative cloud-based platform by Autodesk designed to facilitate collaborative construction project management. AutoDesk Construction Cloud:

AutoDesk Construction Cloud is a comprehensive suite of construction management software solutions aimed at optimizing project performance and enhancing collaboration across construction projects. It integrates various tools and modules for project planning, design, coordination, project management, and analytics. This cloud-based platform fosters seamless communication and collaboration among project teams, offering end-to-end visibility, control, and insights to drive successful project outcomes.

Newforma Info Exchange is a collaborative platform designed specifically for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. It streamlines communication, document management, and project information exchange among project teams. This platform facilitates secure document sharing, issue tracking, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and workflows, enabling efficient collaboration and information management throughout the project lifecycle.

Part 3:

Part 3 is a software solution focused on construction project management and collaboration. It offers document control, change management, project tracking, and communication tools. Part 3 simplifies project workflows by allowing teams to manage drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other documentation, providing a centralized platform for real-time collaboration and project visibility.

Procore:

Procore is a leading cloud-based construction management platform integrating project management, financials, quality and safety, and field productivity into one central hub. It offers modules for project scheduling, document management, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, punch lists, and more. Procore facilitates collaboration among project stakeholders, enhances communication, and streamlines project workflows, allowing teams to manage construction projects from preconstruction to closeout efficiently.

Smartsheet:

Smartsheet is a versatile collaborative work management platform used across various industries, including construction. It offers flexible tools for project planning, task management, document sharing, resource allocation, and reporting. Smartsheet’s user-friendly interface and customizable features enable teams to organize and track projects, collaborate in real-time, automate workflows, and visualize data, promoting transparency and improving overall project efficiency and productivity.

EQUEST

For Energy Analysis

For Energy Analysis and modelling, we use the following:

CanQUEST:

CanQUEST is a building energy simulation software used primarily in Canada. It’s designed for energy modelling and analysis of residential and commercial buildings to evaluate energy performance, assess compliance with building codes, and identify potential energy-saving strategies. CanQUEST allows users to simulate various building components, HVAC systems, lighting and controls to analyze energy consumption and optimize building designs for efficiency.

eQUEST:

eQUEST is a widely used, user-friendly building energy modelling software. It allows engineers, architects, and energy consultants to simulate building energy performance by modelling different building components, HVAC systems, and renewable energy technologies. eQUEST helps assess energy usage, conduct life-cycle cost analysis, and optimize building designs to meet energy efficiency standards and sustainability goals.

Hot2000:

Hot2000 is a software tool used in Canada for energy modelling and building performance analysis of residential structures. It assists in evaluating building envelope performance, heating and cooling systems, ventilation, and overall energy consumption. Hot2000 helps assess compliance with energy codes, estimate energy costs, and identify potential improvements for energy efficiency and sustainability in residential buildings.

Therm:

Therm is a software tool commonly used for conducting building envelope analysis. It specializes in evaluating and analyzing the thermal performance of building components, such as walls, roofs, windows, and doors. The software allows engineers, architects, and building professionals to simulate heat transfer through various building materials and configurations.
